Generation Equality is a UN Women Movement whereby they are bringing together activists and supporting feminist movements to ensure that women gain equality by encouraging support for initiatives and global action.
The United Nations Association of South Africa as an organization support and encourage the initiatives of the youth in line with the SDG’s of the United Nations and its organisations.
One of our key focuses is to encourage support, initiate debate and promote education about Gender-based Violence within our organization and youth members.
In anticipation of the UN Women’s annual 16 days of Activism taking place from the 25th of November to the 10th of December, we will be having panel discussions with the youth from different communities thus encouraging support and growth for the UN Women Generation Equality program focusing on Activism against Gender-based Violence. #ActForEqual
We will open registration shortly if you want to be part of this discussion.
