Limpopo Province Model UN 2021

Limpopo MUN 2021

Model United Nations (MUN) helps students develop essential skills like public speaking, writing, and research. It also provides an introduction to international affairs, covering key UN issues such as peace and security, human rights, development, and the rule of law. A key benefit often overlooked is how MUN teaches students about the UN as an institution, its role in global affairs, and the diplomacy involved in decision-making processes.

In South Africa, TVET colleges focus on addressing youth unemployment by offering technical and practical training that enhances students’ employability post-graduation. Special recognition is given to Mr. Phuti Magwai of Vhembe TVET, Mr. Thabo Moloto of Waterberg TVET, and Mrs. Mary Ramonyatse of Capricorn TVET for their support of youth empowerment initiatives in Limpopo.
